For women who had c-sections to loose the weight?
Is it harder to loose the pooch after one? any special workout moves that could work?

Well im almost two weeks pp and my stomach is almost back to its flat self, all except for the little pooch below my belly button...I heard those muscles are harder to tone again? Im not sure what to believe anymore...Its all about my thighs now..I gained 30 something lbs all in my thighs...UGH!

That's the same with me. that little pooch. it really gets on my nerves. and my butt got bigger. which i really did not need.

it took me three years to lose the weight from my first and i just did alot of walking.... before i got pregnant the first time i used to work out all the time did like 400 crunches a day amongst other excercises and now 7 years later i still cant do 25 without hurting so bad..... but i'd recommend the walking i did bout 3-5 miles over the course of a day.... Mostly because i didn't drive but thats bout what it adds up to
