This Elf on a Shelf thing is a joke!
I set him up in a bowl full of marshmallows and hershey kisses and threw a few wrappers around to look like he ate them.
Phia comes out this morning , looks at him for a few moments , turns to me and says " He should make better choices.." and walks away.

In my mind I get her everything she needs, and its not like she can play with things.

That should be a big hit! My LO LOVES his stationary jumper with the attached activity table. He plays with the rattle and hits the musical button over and over again. We got him one of those toys that you can hang on the car seat handles. He sits and plays with that. We got him one of those tiny blankies that has a stuffed teddy bear head on it. He cuddles with it and rubs his hands through the soft fabric. Its an instant fix for when he is fussy and wants to fall asleep.

i cut LO's finger nails yesterday and when he woke today he rubed his face like he always does when waking up but this time he scratched his face up. he has a scratch on each cheek and two on his forhead   i was hoping cutting his nails would prevent that but it made it worse

ok thanks. he seemed to be all the signs were there can see and feel bump but its stopped again now so im wondering if it was something else. These kids are little mysteries eh lol

I use a soft nail file and havent cut them yet. My sister was acting like it was the most ridiculous thing she has ever seen. "well ive seen it ALL now!" kind of thing. Works tho. He still gets occasional scratch if they go a bit sharp again.

I got LO a bumbo. he loves to sit straight up and look around so i thought it was a good christmas present. he seems to really like it but only for about 10 minutes or less. i got the tray with it and i put toys on it. he loves to try and grab them.
