ya i know. My milk came in before i left the hospital. ever since then i had a huge supply. i didnt pump until he was over a week old and at that point i had to cuz i was so engorged and would get clogged ducts. but my main problem at the moment is T will pull off the boob in the middle of me letting down. he wont drink anymore and im left with my boob spraying everywhere

I've been just pumping my left because Easton won't latch on or when he does , he spits it out two seconds later. So because of that I didn't want my supply to go down so I started drinking Mother's Milk tea just once a day and I've been able to pump out 5 -7oz per session on my left however I can get out close to 7 on my right after feeding him for a good 30 minutes on there. The engorgement is starting to get rough so I am stopping the tea but hey at least it worked lol

After much procrastination, we are finally going to get Easton's pictures taken by Brandon's uncle. tomorrow I wanted to have them done before he turned a month old but we have been so busy with everything that we haven't had the chance to go over and get them done. I'm pretty excited to be able to hang his picture up next to Sophia's on the wall

Get a nipple shield, It will help him stay latched on and then you wont have to pump as much, Only pump 2 times a day, Your supply will regulate itself and after 2 or 3 days u wont feel engorged.

Thats why I havent done any of that, I dont see why anyone would want to over supply, My supply has regulated itself to pumping twice a day and what she eats. Im never engorged and the only time I feel full is if she sleeps a little too long in between feedings.

So its official, My son is starting preschool on Tuesday and going twice a week, and I gotta say as much as I didnt want him to do two years of preschool Im happy Ill be getting a break from him during the day, He is still acting out way to much so Im really hoping this will help him be around other kids and get the extra attention he is looking for right now.

I wish I had that problem lol maybe I need to increase my pump sessions. When I pump i only get 4 oz total. My left boob only gives 1.5 oz and I get the test from the right. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I need to start pumping to store for me to go back to work. I'm really dreading having to put him on formula but I'm feeling like I don't have much of a choice. This offs my first time using a pump....

Do you have any tips?

So should i pump directly after he finishes eating? Idk how this pumping thing works lol

I pump right after Gina finish eating or in between feeding sessions and get about 7oz total

well it was either that or lose it. I was only able to breastfeed my daughter for 2-3 weeks before loosing it and I am not about to give up without a fight this time

Thats what I do-I've managed to save close to 100 oz for when I have to go back.Its annoying and time consuming though lol

That makes me feel better-I was worried at first that either he wasn't getting enough or that I was going to screw myself up by over-supplying to keep up having to pump instead of direct breast

This is how I am. I get max 2 oz from my left side and get 5+ from my right :-/ I've read that it doesn't mean your supply is low if you don't pump as much on KellyMom, but its driving me nuts! My right is a full cup size bigger and I've done everything to improve the left but its not working :-/
I've been taking fenugreek for a week and I've been on mothers milk tea since we were ~ 3 weeks PP.

I try to pump in between feeds, but I'm always afraid of him waking up and me not having anything and him being mad
