Pilates?

Have any of you done Pilates? I'm going to start doing Pilates 2 daysand would love to know how it worked for ya'll! :] Thank youu!

ive always been interested cuz some of my friends swear by it, that it helps with weight loss and just makes you feel better in general

I used to do it pretty regularly a couple of years ago, my body never looked better. It's hard at first but once you get the hang of it and start learning how to do it correctly and effectively it works wonders.

It really gives you a long lean look.

Pilates and jogging is what I plan on doing to get back in shape.

I have done them in the past...they are great one you get past being wicked sore after each workout...like with every exercise you just have to really stick with it every day..but yeah at first its WAY hard you kinda feel like you are gonna die

I've done pilates alot before i became pregnant and some varations of it now that i am pregnant...it works with keepin you in shape and what not and its low impact, so thats always good...make sure your instructor knows if your pregnant and make sure they're a certified pilates instructor... because alot of pilates moves has to be refined if your pregnant... I've had to take private lessons since i'm pregnant...

i did a mix of pilates- tai chi and yoga.. very relaxing and great for body n soul
