Today...

Marks my first OFFICIAL day of changing my eating habits and really working to be thinner. We went grocery shopping last night and bought zero junk food. I bought trail mix for snacking on and leaner meats, such as chicken and pork instead of red meat. I am just trying, overall, to eat healthier. I am on a 1500 calorie diet and find with these healthier foods it's hard to even hit the 1500 calorie mark lol

I'm really looking forward to it all this time. I really am. I have a good feeling I can make it through this time. Especially since, even with the junk, I still have dropped 20 pounds since his birth. So, we'll see where this goes. Wish me luck!!

Im cutting meats down to 4 times a week and eating more veggies and things..

Me too, actually. And when I eat meat I am eating stuff like tuna and chicken. No more of the heavy in fat red meats. And I'm not even upset about cutting them out!

And my diet is easy to follow if you follow these steps...

300 calories for breakfast

400 for lunch

500 for dinner

and another 300 for snacking.

If you need to get those last few hundred calories, you could always buy some protien powder and have a protien shake or two per day.
