Hiccups!!

I never expected to have it happen, Everyone I know thats been prego has explained having a baby anywhere from being downright painful to the most hilarious time in your life, Well Im On the end of hilarious..I was actaully woke up to what I believe was the Hiccups! My little one apparently had a good case of em..Felt like He was jumping up and down..Cutest thing!! Hopefully he wont get them to bad when I Actually can hold him..Ill feel so bad..

I have to do mine within the next 3 weeks =P and I feel really dumb asking this but, I don't remember what its for? lol And I'm not really sure what to expect either??

Glucose testing is to check for gestational diabetes,and its not as bad as it seems 

Its to test for gestational Diabetes... And Im not to sure what to expect either to be honest, Sounds interesting to me... gulping down nasty sweetend soda is what Ive been told yummy huh? I dont know about you But I cant handle things that are too sweet

It's not bad at all! Tastes like flat orange (or coke) soda. Thats it! I liked it.  

Gave me an insane sugar rush, but besides that, it's fine.

its not that bad--it tastes like flat orange soda...

Mine tasted like Sprite but I downed mine(since you have 5 minutes to drink it) and it was so cold I got a brain freeze.

I had fruit punch flavor...it was pretty good lol
It just made me nauseous b/c i hadnt eat anything when i drank it

you drink the drink and then an our later they take your blood and test it--its not that bad i promise---i didnt even get a sugar rush from it 

So you just drink the.. whatever it is lol then why do I have to sit there for an hour??

The glucose test made me sick..for some reason. I dont have diabeties or nothing but my blood sugar really spiked.(i think thats what happened anyways) but they make you stay an hour to make sure.

It didn't go well for me at all. I ended up getting so dizzy about an hour after the appointment. I couldn't sit up and I felt like I was going to throw up. Better luck to you. My body reacted really poorly to it. However, the needle part was way easier than the first appointment. They only took one vial of blood (they took two at my first appointment). It was luckily over in a matter of seconds.

Good to know Now Im not quite as apprehensive, but Im sure youve all had other moms to be or otherwise tell ya some great horror stories..

It does taste nasty but its not near as bad as it seems!!! But boy it makes the baby wake up LOL They will get SUPER active LOL

You drink it sit there for the hour so they can draw blood. It takes that long to get into your system to make sure your sugar dont shoot up!!!
