Pregnant off miscarriage period now, no symptoms this time a

Ok I am really worried right now and I would love someone to tell me something. I am on my second pregnancy and I am having no symptoms. My first pregnancy I carried close to 8 weeks and I knew as soon as I was pregnant. The day after my first doctor’s visit I woke up in the morning and feel down in the bathroom in pain. I went to another hospital that was closer then where I went for my first initial visit. I was then told I had a "missed abortion". If you do not know what that is I would read up I didn't know you could do this. The 25th of Feb 2008 I had my surgery and I got pregnant with this child off that period (which we have no idea how because we used a condom the only time we did do anything** note I have never used a condom before so I do not know how they work). Now I am not having any symptoms this time which is good and bad. Good because I am not cramping like last time (which the doctor from my initial appointment told me it was completely normal** note I am going to German doctors because that is where I live) and bad: because I am afraid there is nothing going on in my body and I am just holding it again like last time. The reason I knew this time I was a day late and I just wanted to get rid of the test and just took one I had in medicine cabinet. Of course it said positive and I did not believe it so I got a blood test and it says I am. Can anyone tell me if they have been through this before or know someone who has or shoot has some comments about what happened? PLEASE HELP!!!

That's how my son came along. I miscarried at 5 weeks in Oct '05 and two weeks later he was conceived...don't know how it worked out, but it did. I would think if they did a blood test, then they are accurate in stating you ARE pregnant.

Take it w/ a smile. Don't question it b/c I guarantee you will not find answers as to why it happened short of you are blessed.

Thank you everyone for the comforting words. It means alot for you all to post that is it normal or that you have been through the same thing. More then you could know. I am just really afraid because I was told that if you get pregnant within 3 months of a loss the you WILL loss that baby. I am just really afraid. That's not always true, I got pregnant after a miscarriage before I even had another period...and I'm 38 weeks 1 day, today! It can be done!

al ot of women get pregnant just after having a miscarriage. some may never know that they miscarried and put it off as a heavy period and get pregnant soon after.

It's very common b/c your body is already mentally prepared and somewhat physically ready as well. You had an early miscarriage. The ones that doctors refer to they usually mean AFTER the First Trimester especially late 2nd Tri and Third tri.
