Hey, a little late to butt in here but I'm Lucie! I am/was due August 9th and my monkey decided to be stubborn this whole pregnancy! Wouldn't let us know if baby is a he or a she, and didn't wanna come on their own!

I am being induced at 10pm tonight !

yeah thats what my midwife said, that sometimes second and third etc. babies dont go down into the pelvis until the last moment. it's just weird my belly feels so much bigger this time around because my first was down and engaged weeks before I finally had her lol

Where did everyone go lol

Probably having babies lol.

My newborn slept 5 hours straight the other night! Then was up 20 minutes and out another four.   Woukd hand been asleep longer if I woulda let him.

I have nothing to update on stillllllll

I'm in labor!!  

Alright so I have been having what I think are contractions... I swear I forgot what they feel like. Shooting pain through pelvis and done my siattic (sp ) nerve into my legs?? Been having the same repeating pains for over an hour now. Hubby is freaking but I dont want to jump the gun. So conflicted right now.

I had to be induced due to hypertension but hey its alright

Malachi Ahmar made his apperance at 11:35pm on 8/17. He weighs 7lbs 7.8oz & is 20in long. Healthy as can be  

My induction was a roller coaster! My induction started at noon and I was stuck at a 2-3 for hoursss. Finally I made it to a 4 ended up getting an epidural so I could relax and make more progress. It worked for a good 45 minutes and ended up slowly wearing off in no time. He was complte OP so I had to lay on my stomach to get him to turn face down. Before I laid that way I was a 5. I wasn't on my stomach for 5 mins and my epidural completly went away and I ended up screaming bloody murder. The nurse ran in to check me, he was face down and crowning. I got turned over pushed 4 times and he was out. I guess it was nice that the epidural wore off because I wanted a natural birth I was just not prepared for me to go from comfortable with no pain to feeling every single thing. From what I was told, I was pretty loud. lol  
Oh well, I'm super glad the pushing went fast and he is here healthy.

Yay congrats! Glad he is hear healthy and that you got to push naturally. And so what if you were loud? It's a painful process! You go girl!
