Disgusting a month after. :[

Okay so I just had my beautiful baby girl March 4, 2008 and I got up to 178lbs, I was originally about 150. I'm only 5'3. I am looking for a "Diet Buddy" type of deal. Someone who is willing to try out some dieting (I'm open to idea's because I don't know much about dieting!) and someone who will try to stick with it so we can talk and compare and laugh about out diet horror stories! The problem is...11 days after I had her..I was looking pretty good (except for my stretch marks and saggy skin of course!) but now..I've gained all my weight back already. I look awful. I seriously look 6 months pregnant all over again. I'm not shy..so I'm going to post pictures..but seriously, if you're interested let me know! I'd love to start this week! *By the way..I still eat like I was pregnant, so I know that's probably part of the problem! AND I am breastfeeding..but yeah, I'm not seeing any weight loss, lol.*

You will lose the wheight hun don't worry, it took me about a year to lose it all but it happened if you try hard it enough
I want to be your weight buddy thingy but we aren't exactly at the same weight but we can set the same goals right?

I looked much better a few days PP then I do now. For some reason I can't seem to lose any weight now

It's really depressing. And I'm AWFUL about turning away food. It's so hard! I love to eat! But my fiance wanted me to put on this sexy maid outfit the other night..and I was so embarrassed. I hate seeing myself nude in the mirror..let alone letting him see me like that. And my stomach was flat a week and a half after I had her..and now I weight just as much as I did the day I went in the be induced. :[

I can't be a diet buddy right now b.c I am still preggo but I thought I'd share something with you.
My dad was overweight and needed to loose some to help his health. Well he lost 20lbs in 2 wks just by cutting WAY down on carbs. The way he did it was he only ate 35-40Grams of carbs PER MEAL(breakfeast,lunch,dinner) and only 15Grams of carbs per snack(One between breakfeast and lunch and one between lunch and dinner) But its been about 2 months and he went from 200lbs down to 165 so I think it worked pretty good for him! Hope u find something that works..Good luck!

Haha definitely! I am thinking I seriously want to lose a good 25lbs. I don't want to be skinny, but I just want to go back to normal..and not feel like a fat slob when I go to the beach! I want to be a milf, damnit!

I gained 50 lbs. while I was pregnant and 3 months PP, I looks 6 months pregnant.
I can't seem to lose the damn weight!

oh hun dont be discouraged! it took 9 months to put it on and its gonna take alot more than a month to loose it!

Don't be so hard on yourself! Your whole body changes after you have a baby, I know it's hard but you may never look the same as you did before. It's ok!

hehe i want to lose 10 lbs ! so is that good still??? when we both lose 10lbs then you will feel better plus you just had your baby right?? you lose like 20 lbs automatically after 2 to 3 months...i think...it happened to me atleast so i think it happens to everyone too because i heard is common to drop a lot of wheight

So...any diet advice ladies? :]

I'm still breastfeeding so I don't diet, it made my supply go down.

I do my elliptical 30 minutes every day, though!
