if you have a high BMI and you carry a lot of weight in your midsection, your growing uterus will just push that out. the only ones who get perfectly round bellies are those who have flat stomaches to begin with or not too much fat.

my bmi considers me obese but i'm very big boned and i looked pudgy up until around 18 weeks. 34 weeks now and my belly is perfectly round  

you'll probably notice a more rounded belly the further along you get

That is how mine looks too because I've allowed myself to gain more than just baby weight. All of your bottom belly is fat (just being honest). I hope you don't take offense, it's just the truth. Mine is like that too.

I haven't gained much weight at all. Only 8 pounds. But yea I know the bottom is just fat. I had that fat flab patch b4 I got pregnant because my belly used to be a lot bigger than it was pre-pregnancy but then I lost a bunch of weight and my belly started looking like saggy fat. I'm hoping after I have her I can lose at least 50 pounds and tone my belly up. We have a community center here that offers a free gym with a stroller lane for all the moms (the WIC office is the community center so they offer a lot of stuff for moms and moms to be there). I'm also planning on breast feeding and my doctor said it could help me lose weight faster. Hopefully it will help.

Oh, good for you about not gaining much weight! I've gained so much, my own fault of course. I totally let myself go when I found out I was pregnant. Wow that WIC center sounds nice, good luck with the weight loss after baby!

Thank you. It is. They offer all kinds of free things to the community. And when there is a charge its almost always under $5. They do everything there. They have 2 gyms. Outside soccer field and basketball court. Outside water station & playground for the kids. The gym offers free child care for while you're exercising. They do free tutoring for school age kids. They even have a nutritionist who teaches free cooking classes both English and Spanish and she teaches you how to cook healthy on a budget. It is a really great thing that our community does. Especially since I live in Dalton, GA and we have one of the highest unemployment rates around. Last time I checked it was higher than the national unemployment rate. And thanks about the weight thing. I've been trying my hardest not to put on a lot. I'm just now starting to gain. I lost the first 4 months.

OK.. So... please someone help me with posting pictures... I am pasting the links from PHOTOBUCKET.. using GOOGLE CHROME which is what many suggested I do, and clearly there is no picture on my profile or my last post.. i tried to embed the picture just like everyone else.

I do not have FB.. but I also have dropbox and shutterfly.. neither of those work either.. Even on ones that I get a file size error, the photobucket site shows their size to be within baby gaga limits.. SOOOO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS!!
