Signs the baby is coming soon.

What signs did you have shortly before the baby decided to make its arrival, and when did you start getting the signs? Just curious as to what signs moms here had. I've been having some new things & feelings. I'm 32 weeks & have had a little more discharge, more braxton hicks contractions, more pressure down there, and shes starting to become a little less active. Not sure if those are small signs shes getting ready but those are just the new things for me!

Around 39-40 weeks is when I got the most signs. Increase discharge, odd back pain, loss of mucus plug, diarrhea, nausea.

Bloody show on sun, contractions on mon and tues, baby at 11:20pm on tues

  This, but at 38ish weeks I think. But, was induced 3 weeks later.

I've actually wondered the same thing. We're about to turn 37 weeks on Saturday, I've had odd really bad back pain that just started yesterday, a lot more pressure in my crotch, I feel like I"m literally sitting on her head, diarrhea (tmi), really bad discharge, peeing like crazy...err crazier than before, nausea is really bad and I keep looking for that damned mucous plug but nothing yet. I have a feeling she's not going to stay in there until December 24th but I'm not and it's driving me crazy!!!

I've had all these coming on currently minus the diarrhea but I have been having bowel movements more often then I usually did during this pregnancy. I was constipated alot. Were your odd back pains with cramping or BH contractions?

I've been having these oncoming new things just starting last week but Im only 32 weeks today! I hope she doesn't decide to come too early :/ But I do feel as though she will be coming around maybe 37-39 weeks. Maybe your LO will too!

I've been going thru the same since i was around 32 weeks too and i'll be 38 tomorrow and nothing!! I also thought that i'd go early! I haven't lost my plug. My contractions are there but not consistent or painful enough to act on! Also went to the dr today and my cervix is still too high!! So looks like it'll be a few more weeks till my bebe comes! Sooo discouraging lol!!!

I hope so! I want her here before Christmas   but I really do think she'll come early....I get really annoyed at people, especially family, who make it a point to say she could stay in there longer. Uhh I know this, I already have a kid and he was born at 41 1/2 weeks! I just didn't have any of these symptoms with him, I had to be induced. Ugh the back pain is horrible  

Yeah diarrhea, vomiting and nausea, irregular contractions with pain and back pain, pain and pressure on cervix umm think that's it so far.. I am 40 weeks today, today is my due date and no baby yet.. sigh

Aww   I was kinda hoping she would com at like 38 weeks lol. BUT, I don't cause its always best for her to come when shes ready. I haven't had any sightings either of a plug, kinda scared to see it cause they look gross! I'm hoping in the next few visits my OB will check my cervix as well, I'm hoping it'll be progressing.

My SO's family was wanting her to come at christmas time. I was like woah woah too early! And idk if I'd be able to handle giving her birthday and christmas presents at the same time haha. But that would be a great time   Complete opposite for me! Everyone is guessing she'll be coming early because I'm so tiny & they dont think I can carry her to the full 40 weeks. But I kinda agree she really feels cramped in there, not much kicking anymore. She's stretching and pushing on my rib cage! I am really hoping not to get induced though   How was it getting induced?

I have all those coming on currently minus the vomiting. I believe I have felt the pressure a couple times on my cervix though. It feels weird   My entire pregnancy I have had zero nausea & now Im starting to feel it :/ Aw well Im sure your LO will be coming very soon!

What's this plug thing? I honestly have no idea what to be looking out for, I have had I think all of the other symptoms barring diarrhea and this plug thingy -I'm am 33 weeks and 4 days and my sons head is tucked right down and it's blooming painful! I also have pain in my ribs e.c.t but thought nothing of it I'm a very small person, I'm 5 foot 3 and before I was pregnant I was a size 6 haha, I have no idea how much longer my body can hold the weight of this baby haha! My tummy now measures at about 34-35cm but he's back-to-back with me D: But yeah, point is, what's the plug thing? xxx
