conflicting due dates question

Ok this is just a question out of curiosity..

By my last missed period my due date is april 14, which my first doctor was going by. This was also confirmed at my first ultrasound..

I switched to a midwife and she made my due date april 19, she says this is what she reads by my first ultrasound.

Has this happened to anyone else ? Im just curious if maybe the 14 is my real due date cause my lil girl is growing really big and my fundal(sp) height has consistantly been a week ahead.

I am being induced on the 14 so, im not trying to get that.. im just curious and am bored so i wanted somthing to talk about

My first due date was May 31 (by first day of last period calculation) now its June 5th... I switched Doctors and she said it could be any time between May 31-June 5... so who KNOWS when this little girl is going to come.

in the scheme of things 5 days isn't really a big change. My OB (and many others) won't change a due date unless it is more than two weeks off. It's only and estimate anyway, the baby most likely won't come on either day... it's pretty much +/- 2 weeks in either direction

My due date was June 3rd by my last period, but the 20 week ultrasound said May 30th and now the one I had Friday says May 27th. I would just expect somewhere in that week. It's really up to baby.

I had an ultrasound yesterday and the baby is measuring about a week and 1/2 ahead of schedule, and I measured 23 1/2 instead of 22 - so says the DR... he told me be ready from July 1 and on! I guess we all just have to wait it out and be prepared as best as we can.
