i would love to know this plan... i weighed 260 pre-preg, im down to about 245-250 now after only 11 days.... i wanna get down to about 200 tho

IM ON THE BAND WAGON! its so hard to lose weight around this house because my mother/and father in law are junkfood junkies...they're totally skinny too but i know if i tried it woulb build up fast...
I was 125 before pregnancy and i gotup to 184...Im now 165 but I also had a huge baby and i was really sick afterwards and couldnt eat...that was horrible, i never want to go that long without being able to eat again.
would this program work for my husband too?? He wants to lose weight too and I think if it works for both of us then it'll be more of a push to lose the weight if we're both doing it.
