Quoting Danielle Amber:“ i had a feeling it was a girl. silly me after i had him i heard..."its a booy" lol so yeah... and i dont think it was allowed for that ultrasound guy to tell what the sex was. ummm werid. ”I know in some parts of Canada they won't tell you the sex. I grew up in BC and lived there until 1998 and if preggies wanted to know the sex before the birth they had to drive over to Alberta for an ultrasound! I think my mom's dr. said it was because there is a large East Indian population in BC and they were seeing a large instance of selective abortions by that and other ethnic groups.... where they would wait and get an ultrasound and then abort and try again if it was a girl! So maybe the ultrasound guy wasnt allowed to tell you! I dont know if the laws have changed since then though, they very well may have.
Quoting Chart181:“ I would just like to know if I'm the only person in the world who does not want to know the sex of my ... [snip!] ... forums and it seems everyone, but me, wants to know! So my question is this.....did you, or did you not find out, why?”
