No, I didn't sign up for big sur yet but I will be very soon!



Today's plan: 3 mile easy run. then tomorrow the circuit. I've decided to do a Turkey Trot next weekend so I'm going to see if I've improved on my 5k time since the beginning of October

Oh okay good deal. I love the turkey trot. Nothing better than a forced fun workout before eating all that food! My daughter is doing the kids fun run.

So I did a VERY easy 3.1 miles yesterday and then did the TM cirucuit + .5 miles today. Tomorrow I'll probably do my 3.6 mile hill run if I'm not too tired. I'm planning on bumping up my runs to 4 miles next week eep!

Depends on the day. The 3.1 miles I did about half of it as a speed walk to warm up, then the rest was a light jog over smoothe terrain. The hill runs I normally do intervals... run up the hill walk for a short distance, run up another hill, walk, etc. I think the term fo rthe interval runs I do is called "farklett".

I remember those from high school. I have been doing the C25K and I cannot wait to be able to actually jog or run the whole 3 miles or so.

That's what I started out with in March. Love C25K!


Didn't do squat today. Yet another day when sleep trumps exercise. I wish there were more than 24 hours in the day! My friend's care provider is ill and I got called in   Getting a 300lb man out of bed counts as strength training? Right??? LOL. I plan on doing a hill run in the morning before my appointments.
