re: I'm a Tough Mudder *updated OP*

So I jumped right into the week that does 4 miles this week and I did just fine today. I ran with Maggie in her stroller this evening and it turned out great. If I can keep it up, I'll be 100% on the right track.

Really good! I did a long run of 6 miles yesterday and I feel awesome today. I'm excited for the next two months, races are almost back to back!

Why races are you signed up for? Will you be doing the warrior dash again?

So far, I'm siged up for a 10 k in Ukiah at the end of August and Tough Mudder at Diablo Grande. I was going to do the Santa Rosa half but I went to register today and I was too late. So I'm going to find another half marathon to do before Tough Mudder at the end of September. I need to be able to keep myself on track.

Right on track for training. I'm really getting some good backwork in and have upped my weight training quite a bit.

So it's a little more than a month away from Tough Mudder!!!!!!! I decided I need to bring in the big guns and I hired a personal trainer for the duration. Depending on how much I progress I'm looking at signing up for the Sacramento Marathon in December as well. We'll see, though, I'm not going to push it.

Awesome work!!!! What is your longest run so far? I have my first half in October in san Fran. I'm so nervous!

In my life? My half in March was  . Right now I'm holding steady at 5 mile long runs on the weekends. You'll be fine, you're in far better shape than I am. Are you doing the half that goes over the GG bridge??

I've been considering training for this as well!! Good job on all of your training. Are you doing it by yourself or do you have a partner/team? So far no one is willing to do it with me, so I don't know if I could do it alone! I want to sign up for May 2013.
