Starting the 6 week body makeover..

Has anyone tried it before? It's supposed to have really good results ( like 40-70 lbs in 6 weeks) and now I see why..
Breakfast-
Egg whites & 1/2 cup of peaches
Snack-
Tuna w/balsalmic vinegerette and 1/2 cup peaches
Lunch-
Plain chicken breast 1/2 cup rice 1 cup steamed veggies..

Ugh. So hard. Need sugar!! LOL
It basically asks you questions, you fill them out and it gives you your body type.. You then have to do a body blueprint( drawings of what your body looks most like) and than put together your body makeover book.

The first 6 weeks is the hardest because you are "re-setting" your body..
I was 150 before I got preggo (I'm tall 5'10 so I was pretty thin) and I stepped on the scale today and I was 204  
I realllly want to be a size 6 again so I'm hoping I can stick to this diet and not cheat too much.. I ordered it because I used to have an eating disorder (bulimia) and I'm trying my hardest not to go back to it..
So anyways, Wish me luck girls!!!

I think you look beautiful in the last pic! 40 - 70 lbs. seems like A LOT to lose in that short amount of time. With diets like that most people end up gainig the weight back because its lost so quickly. However, if you're set on trying it, good luck!

I think it's a lot to loose too... I'm just gonna see how it goes though. I'm doing the program with my mom so hopefully we can be each other's strength! She has to help me with the chocolate and I have to help her with Mr. Jack Danials.. LOL

you look fantastic though. But hey, I understand being told I looked good but not feeling it.

That six week body makeover... is that the one on the infomercials? Please let me know how it goes. I wanted to do that, just dont have the money. Maybe if you have a lot of luck with it, I'll buy one too.

I'm at the same weight as you, but only 5'7 ishy. I just want to be around 150 but I'm pretty big boned so we'll see how I look

I gained about about 55 lbs with my son. When I could exercise again, I was all over it! I started walking (fast-paced) for 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week. As I got more comfortable with my work-out, I began walking/running for an hour a day. It's great personal time and when you're done, you feel great. I didn't diet, but I did eat healthy. Exercise is mandatory to maintain a healthy body.I tried to stay away from sweets and too much grease. You don't have to stop eating the "good foods," just cut back. I wish you luck! Just visualize where you want to be, and you can definitely do it!
P.S.I know NOTHING about the 6 week body makeover...

Wow... That's nuts. I just started yesterday and I stepped on the scale this morning and I was 198.. I already lost 6 pounds! I hope they don't overcharge my credit card though... I'm not taking the stupid vitamins because they are so expensive and you can get the same exact thing at GNC for 1/4 the price. Luckily I have a feature on my credit card where I can just call and tell them to block the charge..
Good product, I guess it just has BAD customer service!
