Back Labor??

I have been having good contractions since Thursday afternoon. It's now almost 6am Monday morning and I have been woke up by extreme back pain. Right now I am not having any contractions that I know of.. Can I be having back labor without uterus contractions?

You can feel contractions only in your back. My SIL didn't know she was in labor because of back contractions.

I've been searching it only but I can't find anything to describe the pains. MIne are just low, mostly on my right sideand painful. lol.

I was in back labor.. was just having period cramps in m back though if that makes sense? And only a mild iscomfort i nthe uterus (at first) for the first 6 hours!

I thought maybe I was having back labor because I was experiencing some of the same feelings but turns out it was a UTI.. especially if the pain is on the low right side of your back because that's where your kidneys are and it could be a kidney infection... is it a constant pain or no?

It's a long lasting pain but not constant. it lasted about 30 minutes then was gone almost an hour and it just came back.
