Update we found out the sex today!!!!!!!!!

So we went to our second u/s session at the hospital today (30 weeks along) to check on the size of the head (was a little big after our first one) and we came away still not knowing if we are having a boy or a girl. The heart beat was good 132 bpm, and everything else seemed to look good, but our very active and stuburn baby   would not move it's foot out of the way for the tech to tell. The tech even mentioned that the baby was probably laughing at us the entire time.
As long as the baby is happy that is all we care about at this point, and we would be happy with either one.

OMG! That is wild. Your baby must be making you guys nuts.  
Will you get another scan before you deliver?

Unless this one comes back with an issue, we are going with just the two since that is all our insurance will cover.

That's okay I don't know the sex of my baby either, they seem to like covering their genitals with their feet, and they certainly wont change position either, babies are so stubborn!  

Tisk Tisk..  What a little booger! He or She should be grounded when born. lol. He/She was probably laughing at you guys, so what did you do the nursery and stuff in not knowing what the baby is this far along?

I guess it will be a surprise. The first time the imbilical cord was in the way and now the babies foot. We tried going to the bathroom, and laying on each side and that still didn't work.

Were going with all gender netural on the registry and are doing a Winnie the Pooh theme this way it works for a boy or girl.

The funny this is that the tech got the baby to move a foot, but just not the right one. We are happy that the baby is healthy and at 30 weeks that is what really counts.

I forgot to mention that at one point the baby kicked at the u/s wond and almost knocked it out of the techs hand. It was funny to see.

At this point u should just let it be a surprise!!! only a couple of months left now.
I kind of wished I didn't find out....there are not enough surprises in life anymore.

During lunch we talked about that and decided with only a couple of months left, what's the point. Since our insurance only covers two is the extra $600+ expense worth it just to find out.

Thats what I went with. I bought a pink crib set of Winnie the Pooh and then got scared that she would grow a little pee pee before she was born because I had my u/s so early. So I just started getting the nuteral stuff in green to go with it. So its pink and green winnie the pooh. Had another u/s last week, she hasnt grown a pee pee..still my little princess. lol.

Have u tried a 3/d u/s they're realy good in finding a sex because it's so clear as a 3/d!

Atleast this way we won't have to take any clothes back because of it being for the wrong gender. It has kept us from over buying stuff as well.
