am I pregnant?

OK so my husband and I had sex and I think I was ovulating. I haven't gotten my period and I took 5 HPT's and they were all positive. I also went to my doctor and she gave me a blood test and that was positive too. So my question to you guys is....do you really think that I could be preggo?
