I'm so addicted to BG, and I've been online all day and just realized I have dishes and laundry to do before hubby gets home or else he wont be happy.. ugh. So much for enjoying my day off.

exactly. I just don't understand why people have to make comments like that. If you don't like the thread then stay out of it. That's all I was saying.

good point. idont like that cuz i dont want to chose sides... melissa is an awsome person...and extremly strong too... but i dont want to make it on anyones shitlist

lets learn that these types of posts dont always elicit laughs and joking.. and have a clearer knowledge that you are going to come across those who dont find it funny. So if you do post this stuff again... you'll now know what to expect... um, while your expecting?

Mel wasnt rude, she was voicing her opinion. The OP was sarcastic back at her because their opinions didnt match. It would have been rude of Mel initially called OP names and pitched a fit - but, she only voiced her opinion and OP could have easily let it be rather than slinging sarcasm back in her face. I must admit that I get mad when people sling sarcasm in my face too.  

Like I said I was not here for drama. I just wanted to have fun. I'm sorry that this turned into some drama, but don't blame me. Unfortunately I have to go now. Mommy duties call and I have to put my girls to bed. Thanks for the laughs girls. I needed that tonight.

Ok, so... This is actually somewhat bothersome tho... I never expected being on a forum and posting threads and replies had to be absolutely serious and within set guidelines beyond those which would be obvious. I mean, I did not occur to me that unless you have a serious issue or an accepted opinion you should not post here... Honestly, I thought this was for talking to, having fun with, exchanging ideas with and just venting to other women in a peer group setting, yet a lot of what I have seen is twits posting stupid stufflike "OMG am I preggo" with the only intent of being idiots, not even to be entertaining, nitwits who want to induce their labor at 6 months and women sniping at each other for having differing opinions about things... Who set who up as God of the BG forum to decide what is and is not acceptable to everyone? Sure, not everyone is going to like what you do, say or think, but seriously can we not agree to disagree and not turn everything into a 3 hour made for TV soap opera drama? Sure it os agrravating to get a sarcastic remark thrown your way, but is it not equally antagonistic to dismiss someones post in the "This is so old" manner in which this was done? The sad thing is that most of us could probly be friends, but bc of what starts as an innocent post and someone goes ape off it, we all start to hold a little resentment and dismiss each tohers opinions based on such attitudes... This is HS drama, come on now... Sad things is we are all guilty.

Personally I dont hold resentment for the people I disagree with - unless you stoop so low as to insult our babies (as in a baby of any member), I dont hold a grudge. Some of my best friends here are also my worst enemies! lol.
