Belly Not Growing Much !

Okay!
I'm 31Wks & 5 Days and my belly hasnt really grown much & im just wondering if it will get big all at once at the very end or maybe just stay the way it is & im not gaining much weight because everytime i go to the doctor my weight stays pretty much the same i guess it just depends on the person has any one of you ladies had that issue?

i thot i was very little for being 30 weeks pregnant id always look at other bellies and compare myself to them lol even my family would say 'oh your soo little for being tht far along' then when i was 36 weeks i woke up to havin a huge belly! lol so yeah it will al come at once! and i also didnt gain much weight.. i gained 10 pounds!

With my son, I only gained 17 lbs the whole pregnancy. I only got huge the last month.

Just because you're little doesn't mean the baby isn't growing.   I've had morning sickness the entire time, i've gained 17 lbs, I had an appointment two days ago and didn't gain anything.

im 29 weeks pregnant and i havent gained 10 lbs yet, my belly isnt very big and im still in my regular jeans, really just depends on the woman, the doctor says everything is fine though. normally at 30 weeks ur baby isnt more that 3lbs anyways so its ok 

I'm 35 weeks, and I've only gained 14 lbs. I've lost 4.5 lbs. since my last appointment two weeks ago. Baby is measuring a week ahead, though.

How big/small your belly is doesn't determine how big/small your baby will be and if s/he is growing or not. There are so many factors that go into making your baby bumps size and shape... (amount of fluid/blood, babys height/weight/position, your body structure, etc).

For example, I have a long torso, my pre-pregnancy weight was 116 and before I gave birth I was 140ish, my baby girl weighed 7lbs 11oz... I did not look like I was full term. I had a "small" (compared to others) baby bump.

But in pregnancy, you can't compare yourself to other women because there are so many things that set your pregnancys apart.

This makes me feel a lot better about being 17 weeks and hardly showing! It's really been bothering me that people don't even realize that I'm pregnant!

i know how you feel unless im wearing a form fitting maternity shirt everyone thinks im fat when i go to stores but if they would look close i have a round belly & i find it weird that it just stopped growing but honestly im happy im not getting to big because it will be easy to lose the weight once my babygirl is born,...
