That happened to me the beginning of this season. I was due the 11th, the premiere was the 14th. I had LO the next Sunday when the second episode aired. Luckily, my labor was only about 5 hours long and I got to watch TWD in the hospital, holding my DS.

I just don't get why such a long break, it's torture! I am goin to finally start reading the comics !

Probably to space out the smurf, so they don't have to make so many episodes to compensate for us fanatics.

Does anyone know what the newest comic number is thats out? I stopped reading at like number 92

I never read the comics. when did they start? are they much older than the series? or is it the other way around?

The comics have been around longer then the show... but the show doesn't follow the comics exactly. I normally don't like comics that much... but TWD comics are pretty awesome.

I think they intentionally avoid filming in the South in the winter. It's cold, wet, and friggin nasty. Nothing you want to be out playing in.
