Since i get a MASSIVE amount of PMs asking me HOW i lost the weight that i did. I'm just going to link you guys to this thread.

My before & after pic, which is also on my profile. [ i have lost 97lbs total though] I was 284lbs & i am currently 187lbs.
I joined the gym & go 5-6 times a week [ some weeks EVERYDAY] & for those of you who can't join a gym take your kid[s] for a walk, get some home workout dvds, dance in your room when the kids go to bed. I find that it's what you EAT is what makes you lose weight the most ! I cut out breads & pastas. I don't drink my calories, strictly water. Small portions, i can't stress that enough ! Cut what you eat right now in half. I eat lean meats like chicken, fish & turkey or lean ground beef. Egg whites is what i eat every morning & it fills me up alot until lunch !
So just remember, if you don't have the time to go to the gym or the money you can workout with your kids or at home ! & watching what you eat will help you shed those pounds FAST!
