I called my youngest son my little old man because when he was about 4 weeks old he went completely bald just on the top of his head like an old man would lol

It's late at night here and I am not quite sure I understand the terms, but I think my 2nd was in the same position? Idk. My ob said he was "sunny side up" and I think that's why I was in "inactive labor" or whatever for like 2-3 weeks. I was 4-5 cm dilated, 80% effaced and had contractions off and on. My ob tried to turn him (when I was complete but he wasn't all the way down yet) but didn't succeed. I delivered him just fine though, I tore but not too bad.

Lol sorry, it just sounds like my son was in a similar position almost.

You are quite the writer. :] I'm really impressed that you were able to do this all on your own. Curious though..what happens when you go to the doctor/hospital? Are you rushed to the ER, how long do they make you stay? Unassisted home birth is a new one to me...I'd love to do it myself if I wasn't so worried that as soon as I brought baby to the hospital to be checked out I'd be treated like some sort of savage and have my baby scanned for every disease and condition known to man.

You only go if you want to or if something is wrong. You don't have to go.
