Pain in the Arm!

I have a really bad pain in my left arm which is turning out to be a real pain in the rear! I could barely sleep! last thursday night it was on my right arm, then it went away. But for two nights now it's been on my left arm! from the top of my shoulder to my wrist! especially in my elbow area, it feels like I've had a really tight pressure cuff on or like someone really strong has been squeezing my arm non-stop! I've been sleeping on my back now since I can't sleep on my left from the harsh pain and when I turn to my right my left arm starts to hurt again too! like any movement makes it hurt, and only at night! Has this happened to anyone else?

They say that sleeping on your back past 4 months is really not good and can cause numbness and pain in your arms and legs because it cuts off bloodflow, plis it cuts off oxygen and bloodflow to you and your baby. be careful...try a body pillow and/or prop yourself up with pillows if you have to lay on your back so you are not laying flat.
