I dont think a bottle of water every so often would have adverse effects right? If i had a milk only diet i bet i would want some water.

Babies dont need water untill they are eatting solids. And many doctors tell you not to give them water. Talk to the doctor before you give him any.

you really should not be giving your baby water unless your dr. tells you to.

breastmilk/formula has all the water they need in it and it's really what they need.. Water has no calories or fat and babies need that for brain growth etc. giving them water deprives them of this and only fills up their tummies.

Piper was really good tonight and let me take a 3 hour nap. she's asleep now but, hubby is snoring and I've had 2 cups of tea. I enjoyed every sip but now I'm wired. Piper is asleep in her swing and I'm worried if I scoop her up and bring her to the bedroom she'll wake up and I'll be up anyway. Good thing tomorrow is Hubby's day off. After a quick dr. apt he can take the baby and the 3 yo to the park and let mommy sleep until lunch time.

I hate having to do that. sleeping till twelve or one always makes me feel worse.

we are a family of sleepers. as long as we don't have anything better to do we're all smooshed into our bed asleep. Thankfully it seems Piper is a sleeper too

My son gets up about 9 so, I'll have to be awake for a few hours but, once hubby is home from his dr. apt and Piper has a full tummy I am taking a nap.
I've been co sleeping w/her for the past 2 weeks but, she's finally getting used to her pack n play and will sleep in it for an hour or two at a time. I'm starting to enjoy sleeping on my tummy or back and not having all the pelvic pain I did when pregnant.
