Yay ! Awesomeness =]

So I startedexcercising/eating healthy last Sunday and it has been going great !

I have been doing mostly cardio to get all this fat off before I start toning.
I have been doing jump rope [ amazing cardio ] , walking/jogging and the stairs. And this week im going out to buy DDR. I lovvve it and it works AMAZING to help lose weight.
I have been eating just chicken, fish and vegetables. It doesn't really affect me because I love it all !

Oh, and I've lost 10 pounds since last Sunday. [ Not yesterday . Haha . ]

Instead of buying new DDR.. I will sell you my old DDR Max2 for ps2. $10-two mats included.

I have no use for it anymore. =]

OMG DDR!!!! I love that game!! My best friend Libby has DDR and i use to go to her house and do it and I'd put it on the highest number of cals that you can burn in one session and omg is that a workout. I want to get it for myself mainly to help me lose weight but I can't do that for a while now. I'm telling you that game will burn some major calories!! I went from 184 to 153 in 3 months doing DDR and Winterguard (colorguard) I was also on my ADHD meds then too. I'm going to get that game so i can stay in shape after I have a baby. But do get it you will love it!!
