Stationary Bike

Is this a good one to get? And to whoever has a stationary cycle, does it give you a good workout? I don't get out much, since I have twins, so I need something at home. I want something that'll make me sweat.

It looks nice. I was thinking about getting one of these. I know someone on here recently got one from walmart and it has helped a little.

I have a stationary bike that is the same brand but is a little different. It is a bit hard on my knees and honestly I can only feel a difference in my thighs and butt. I really need something for my stomach! I would go for a treamill if you can.. I am on the look out for one!
