Any ideas

ok well yesterday night i started having these sharp almost stabbing shooting pains down there around the front of my bone and the ligamentssurrounding......... i was due for af either late last night or today and hasnt comeand thats not really normal for me the only other time i was late was in november and i was 8 days late i figured it was like that because of stress i was on vacation with my bf and his family and stuff outta my comfort zone stresses me out.................... im not asking if i pregnant i know there is always a chance but i just would like to know what you might think this is ive never had this and my mom has no clue i was in alot of pain when it happened i was pretty much screaming in pain because it hurt that bad i had to take a muscle relaxer and knock myself out because it was so painful and it hasnt hurt as bad today but it will occasionaly hurt and i was a bit crampy also like peirod cramps but noaf..........any ideas about the pains

sounds like the cramping i had right after i found out i was pregnant... it hurt so bad every night i thought something was wrong and i was ready to terminate the pregnancy... but it went away THANK GOD!
