I'm hoping that by posting a food diary, I'll be able to hold myself accountable for what I eat and become more conscious of what goes into my mouth. I'd be really embarrassed if I posted what I ate on a regular basis. LOL Today I was good because I knew I had to put it out there for everyone to see. It's in the Dec 15-31 subgroup.  

I'm looking for good healthy recipes. Hopefully this thread will get a few of those!

My main goal is to eat less at one sitting and more regular. Being the night owl I am I eat odd hours. I need to post my ticker in the OP.

Hello my lovelys!! You know I'm all for losing all this baby weight  

I have found a good website that kind of helps me...there are all kinds of articles that you can look up. there are recipes...this and that, there is also forums to keep u motivated..but i like this one better of course cause all my ladies are here   but anyway..it's called www.sparkpeople.com you can track what u eat..it tells u how many calories you should consume a day, etc. etc.

Im hoping that by seeing the ticker changing and people losing that it will motivate people more. I need to change my damn ticker to the right info. I made it for now and not right after having him.

I know what u mean!! It was really hard for me to stay away from junk food. I'm doing ok with that now, unless my husband decides to bring home something..and that makes me sooo mad because he knows that I have No self control what-so-ever.

as for motivation..honestly..it's the show the biggest loser. Well that is my biggest motivation. Every time i watch that show...I go jump on the elliptical afterwards. Well...most times. Plus..I hate my body right now, I want to be able to go swimming with my kiddos this summer, and that is going to require a bathing suit of course..so it's kind of keeping me on track.

Popcorn! Popcorn with the spray butter. Its an awesome low-cal snack. If you get the right spray butter it has no calories. And of course you can't buy popcorn with butter on it already.

Lol, well that sucks. I'm not a big popcorn eater...can't stand it in my teeth

I can't either really. Thats why I have those plackers. Dental floss on a stick. Did the crap out right after.

I have heartburn.

Anyway, for yesterday, I had one slice of Pizza for breakfast 
Scalloped potatoes and ham for lunch-sweet tea
mountain dews in between
Supper was Chicken and dumplings with taters.
No snacks.

From spark people...i'm suppose to consume around 1500-1700 calories a day. I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast with a cup of soy milk..around 200 calories
Skinless chicken sandwich on 2 pieces of white bread for lunch..hmm about 300 calories
and for dinner (thanks to my husband)   I had mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans, and BREADED chicken strips   probably about 18 million calories!! Nah, not really..but i think i might have went over my calories a bit.

I drink diet dr. pepper and diet pepsi max all day...I hate water and only drink it when I'm working out. I'm addicted to diet anything...which has all kinds of salt in it...ack!
