i think 14 is too young so no, you are not crazy for saying no.

your not crazy to say no, but my mom did let me get my tongue done when i was 14 lol.

I'd let mine do it. After 13, they can have body piercings except their tongue, breasts, and anything in the genital area.

my niece is 14 and just got her belly button pierced and all her friends have their noses done.

but you better be careful, she might let one if her friends do it lol maybe you should just let her and take her to a professional.

I think 14 is too young, she shouldn't be so worried about what all her friends are doing, bc that can lead her down the wrong road, when all her friends start drinking smoking having sex etc etc. PLUS I was ignorant and got pierced young and have scars from it   she doesn't want that!

let her do it. my parents let me get my belly button pierced when i was 14 just to let me learn for myself. i ended up taking it out not even 5 months later due to infection and poor cleaning habits. also, the nose it just a small one. i think nose piercing are very cute and subtle. it's up to you though, don't want to encourage future facial peircings!!

I'd let my daughter depending on her maturity (like is she going to keep it clean and etc. lol)

But you are mom and what you say goes. But all my friends have one is the excuse for everything, she'll live lol

I was 13 when I got my nose done. My mom said that she'd rather us get our eyebrow or nose done, compared to the tongue or lip.

I always said "Mom, it's just a phase. They'll come out one day." & I have NONE of my piercings in now.

How's her grades? That might be something as a reward for getting all "A"s or something like that. I wouldnt just give in to her on an impulse of wanting it done. Also, I would take it on how responsible she is on things. An infection would not be fun to deal with!
