re: Official September 2011 Babies!

I REALLY wish this kid would stay asleep when I lay her down. She may only be somewhere around 6lbs...but 6lbs gets heavy when you can't put it down...

Hey i'm the OP from the september dd thread.. I stopped chatting so much in there cause we had so much going on this year with buying a house etc and I could never keep up with it haha. I doubt i'll be able to keep up with this one either but I thought I might as well come say hi  

I had my baby boy Eli Blake on September 1st via repeat c-section at 38 weeks and 5 days. He weighed 8lbs 2oz and was 50cms long. He has blonde hair and blue eyes! Jayden loves him so much and is always giving him kisses. Eli has completed our family <3

I finally got Kati to let me lay her down...just for her to wake up to eat 30 minutes later...as I was heading to bed. I think they plot this stuff, I really do.

hes had two poopy dapers now in 10 minutes i change it he fills it.
I dont want to wake him up to change it but i have to change it. gahhhh

I guess that's one "benefit" of the failed breast feeding...she's not pooping every ten minutes.

I never made enough. I fed her and fed her and fed her...then pumped and pumped and pumped...I NEVER made more than an ounce combined out of both breasts.   Made me feel HORRIBLE because I wanted to breast feed her SO bad. BUT...she got it longer than both my other kids...and I tried, REALLY tried. But I couldn't take her constantly being hungry.

I am READY! Apparently she's not haha. Yes they will!!! I was dilated to a 2 last week. I have another appt today, so fingers crossed for progress! These contractions are just annoying. They either need to get bad, or stop lol

Yeah I know all about that. I was a 2 for 6 weeks and finally yesterday at my appointment I was 3.5cm and 100% effaced...If she doesn't come on her own, she'll be here the 20th. My doctor is leaving so he's just going to break my water on the 20th and get things started. He's thinking i'm going to have a really fast labor since I've been contracting for so long already and progressed so far already.

I'm just not very excited about delivering at a new hospital an hour away

That's good you're finally progressing! Sometimes it seems that they're never coming out LOL But it has flown by. I'm ready to see this lil gals facce!!

Sorry bout the new hospital though, that stinks.
