i'd like to have my babyshower on my birthday because baby gifts are the best gifts to get. that'd be like the best birthday ive ever had. some ppl. in my family like the idea &some other ppl. dont. advice please?

i think that this will be you and your babys day not anyone elses...if they dont 'approve' of it being on your bday then tell them not to come...

I say it's your party and it should go the way you want it to go. If you want it on your birthday, then go for it! Maybe you could even get two cakes out of this....hhhhmmmm....I think we may have stumbled upon something wonderful !

I got the most adorable Christmas tree ornament. It was a paci, with a little mouse standing beside it. And on the paci it said "Parents to be 2007" It was SO adorable! I didn't so much like getting maternity clothes for Christmas though lol. I'm sure if my birthday were closer to the time to have the shower I'd feel the same way, but mine is 4 days before the little booger is born.
