Interesting solution to swollen feet issue and a question

posted 11th Mar
a woman in my childbirth class recommended I use mediped socks. They're for diabetics and sold in most drugstores for about $3.99. She said she wears them during the day and when she gets home her feet are notcibably smaller. I tried the socks and they do work. My feet were still swollen but not nearly as sore and the swelling had gone down tremendously. Feet almost looked like normal. I did not wear them today (I have to buy more) but my feet still fell better and when I got home from work my feet were not as swollen as they had been.

I have been experience tingling on my left foot. Is that normal? There was nothing in the pregnancy books about it.

I was gonna say, cut them off or put rubber bands around your wrist until the fingers get tingly....at least you'll be thinking about something other than your  feet

sorry, I'm a lil feisty tonight

good to know about those socks for future reference though
