I'm breaking down....

posted 11th Mar
This whole pregnancy has been the biggest challange of my life. My boyfriend and I have done so much to better ourselves and be able to provide our baby the best we can, but it seems like EVERYONE and EVERYTHING is trying to hold us down. We moved to a better city (out of the ghetto)... to a bigger and nicer apartment (more costly of course)... and have tried so hard to giveour baby girlall we can. I'm 19 years old... my boyfriend is 20. We're young and have been on our own together for 2 years now.

Well, whats got me down is that I go on maternity leave March 27th and will not have any income at all, so it's all on my boyfriend. His job that he has was doing great, until now. He is a subcontractor for abig company. We just found out this morning that they have been given tomorrow to finish what their doing to a house and move on... meaning my bf needs to find another job! THIS COULD NOT COME AT THE WORSE TIME!!!! I'm freaking out.... It breaks my fucking heart. We try so hard.... I'm just so afraid because now I have no comfort knowing that we'll be able to support our baby the way we planned. I just cant stop crying.......

Please keep us in your prayers.

Aww..sweety, it will all work out...because it has to. People find a way to make it work out all the time. Just keepyour head up and remember that your baby is so worth the struggle! Call your local resources. You are not married so I am sure you can get help. Get WIC and food stamps. No one wants to do it, but you gotta do what you gotta do. I am sure everything will work out for you. I will keep you and your family in my prayers!!

Good point. Maybe you should look into WIC for the meantime. It could help you guys until your boyfriend is able to find another job.

Thank you. We'll figure something out. I'm not giving up... it's just so stressful dealing with all this bullshit... it'll never stop! The baby is coming SO SOON and I thought we were ready and everything was okay... until that lovely phone call this morning.

thats how i felt when i was preg and sometimes still feel that way now and ym baby is 4 months. it's soo hard to be young and try to support yourself in the first place, but it seemed as soon as i got pregnant all my financial ailments came at me with open arms and engulfed me in an endless trap. so you're not alone hunny. if you need support of any kind i'm here   good luck.

Oh, don't feel that way! The fact that it worry's you instead of you just saying "oh well, we will be fine.." says that you are a good mommy already! Everyone has rough times and most peoples happen during a time of major change in their lives. A baby is a major change!

You will do great!! I promise, everything always works out in the end, and kept on hoping and things will be great! Even though it seems like this is the worse thing in the world, things will come together, just have the most positive attitude possible!! Law of attraction says that things happen the way you let them, so let this happen in the best way possible!!

Some states have programs that help you pay bills if your job doesn't pay you for ML. My state has it and I know girls that have used it.
