She lied about being pregnant!

So my brother just found out his ex-girlfriend lied to him about being pregnant, My brother lives with me and his Ex lives about 3700 kilometers from here. He thought before he had left to live with me she was pregnant, but she said the test we're negative, He went on some Facebook site today and seen pictures of her holding her belly and she looked about 5-6 months! She's due first of July could the possiblity of it being my brother's child be high? he is flying back home for the birth because she is proclaming now after a lengthy phone call today that he is infact the father.  

But whatI don't understand is if he never seen those pictures, he still would have never know. She stopped calling him in about December after she cancelled her flight here to be with him for christmas. I didn't mean to be rude to my brother butI highly sujested to him a DNA test after the birth. The other drama of this is there both young she is 17 and he is turning 18 on the 16thoh this month. I just affriad she is doing this to him since he has now got a good paying Job he just started a savings account, I mean from where he was 5 months ago he is doing much better here with me.

I just feel so stuck in this situation as well, as he is living under my roof. My husband thinks she is playing him for his cash. what do think and what would you sujjest?

Encourage him to get a DNA test and if it is in fact his than you and your hubby should sit down and talk to him about how he plans to raise it and how he plans to take care of his new family!

i would have him have a DNA test b4 he signs anything . Just so it doesn't get messy

There could be a possibility its his but i would suggest a paternity test just to be safe it would be better to find out now then later down the road that its not his things wouldnbt end well!

DNA test is what I would tell him...

I'd def encourge the dna test mainly because she lied to him in the first place. This is why you never cry wolf.

He needs to get adnd test asap. It does sound a little fishy to me. You are right, if he had not seen the pictures then he would not have known. The real father may have stepped out and now she is looking for help elsewhere. Yeah, the first step should be a dna test.

I'm just affriad that he'll get in to deep, I thought he took all the procautions with her before he left! Neither of us speak to our parents or shouldI say they don't speak to us. So I'm his legal Gaurdian, I mean if he is the father I know he is going to ask me if she can move in with us! AHH I'm just pulling my hair out over this. I just affraid he'll go through the delivery with her and just fall in love with the baby his or not and me have to take care of them living in my in-law suite. I'm just so affriad she is taking advantage of him for his age he is making a good honest wage. Can a DNA test be done the day of the birth?

I don't remember but I know my uncle had one done with his first I just can't remmeber when. Pretty much tell him not to get attached yet as he doesn't know for sure if it's his. He could find out the excat due date and try to rememember if he had sex around when the conception date was. Also did he ask wth she lied in the first place?

at the end of the day he was a big enough boy to have sex so he needs to be a big boy now and step up and take control of his life . Its not your job to do it for him , show him how to stand on his own 2 feet and let him do it for himself . You can help out in other ways , you don't have to give up your place . They may not even be together when the baby gets here anyway , and it may not even be his . Don't let it stress you out now cause there isn't anything you can do until you know if it is even his .

Then she'd be due in june not july. I concieved on aug 9th and my due date is May 2nd. (the first day of my last period was aug 2nd so tech I shoul dbe due the 9th of May)

Either way the end of aug beg of sept would be end of may beg of June.

Well apparently She feels he had no business knowing if she was pregnant or not, because she said "it's her choice her body" My brother kept asking her why didn't you tell me and she was just a snotty young B-itch about it all, my brother is so confused about this allI don't even know what to sujest to him, I also mentioned to him not attending the birth just incase, but he is sure he wants to be there just incase it his baby. Oh and she also won't answer the question when were you going to tell him! LikeI don't get this whole drama, I'm almost wishing for his sake that he never seen those picture today I just feel it is all bad news

Well he'll figure it out from the sounds of it it's not his baby because things are not adding up. He should ask her if her due date is by the first day of her last period or by US. If it's by US it could be that far off because they are only real accurate if done early in the pregnancy. The later in the pregnancy you have one the less accurate they are when it comes to the due date.
