I think you guys were meant to be! LoL

Aunt Netty likes to come out in October it's still warm but not horrible. I think February and March are the best in my opinion though

Okay Ladies, I have a question about how many calories I should be consuming. I normally try to stay within 1200 (even if I'm working out) but I'm reading a lot of sites that say that's not enough calories per day. I'm wondering if my lack of weight loss is because I'm not eating enough and it's throwing my body into starvation mode.

definitly could be. i don't think there is any one "right" amount. you just have to find your "sweet spot" so to speak. I would try upping your intake 200-300cals a day and see what happens. I have heard you just have to keep switching it up til you find where your body likes it, and then once your body gets comfortable somewhere, change it up again

I was the same way when I first started my lifestyle change. I was not eating enough. When someone told me that I was like wait what? LoL Yes up your calories a bit. Good fats and high protein and it should help Mama!

Ladies!! so I lost a pound this week. It might sound like nothing but after months of my weight being between 155-159..I'm so happy to see it go to 154. I can thank the semi healthy eating I've been doing this week. I've avoided sweets at all costs (my weakness)..I only had sweets on monday night because my BFF drove almost an hour to come have dinner with us and then we had cold stone..I got the birthday cake remix   but ever since then I've been eating healthy and working out. Went to the gym 3 times this week for 30-45 minutes. Starting on monday I'm doing a 60 day challenge. Hoping to lose 16-20 lbs by mid October

I need to go to grocery store asap! Ran out of everything lol. Did a cleanse and now getting back into working out its hard but i have to push myself! 20 pounds lost and i couldnt be happier!

Jillian Michael's "Winning By Losing" has the best explaination/advice of calorie counting I've read yet. I highly reccommend picking it up and giving it a read. It's really short, and will change everything (you think) you know about calorie counting.
