Awesome Mama! Finding what works for you is great. Everyone is different especially because we all have different schedules with work, school, kids and family.

I'll join! I'm Christine (Chris), I'm 24 (almost 25) and I'm a mother of 3 (my oldest is 3.5 yrs, my daughter is 2.5 yrs, and my youngest is 16 mos). I started my "Lifestyle Change" last month at 221 lbs and I've lost 11 lbs so far with a "weigh-in" coming up this Friday. I'm using MyFitnessPal to watch my calories, cleaning up my diet, and exercising (as of two days ago LOL). My first goal is probably 150-ish, but I think I can get to 130 lbs and still be/look healthy. I'll just have to see where I'm at WHEN I get down there

Thanks! LOL It's actually a play off my last name (Poston) and the fact that I post on BG a lot AND then Mrs. Potato Head since I have a crap ton of Potato Head toys... LOL

OKay Baby is down for a nap! my name is jessica turned 24 yesterday! and i weigh the most i ever have at 202 pounds.. Im married to my high school sweetheart and have been for 5 years, we have to little girls ashlynn who is 3 and abigail whois lmaost 4 months.. I was always the real skinny girl growing up, till i got in highschool and started dating my now husband billy.. aftr so many years together is tarted gaining weight, got to about 165-175 or so.

IN early 2007 i started a job as a assistnat manager at a local retail store and worked my buttoff there, dropping to 135 . i felt great, looked great and our marriage was great!
got pregnant at the end of that year and gained 55 pounds.. after deliver i was 190 ish and just could never lose it.. stayed about there.
got pregnant with number 2 last year and had a beautiful girl in may of this year, only gained 10pounds with her but its all still here..

Hubby is super skinny and such a horrible eater, so it makes it that much harder for me to eat good, cant afford nor do i have the time to cook 2 seperate meals and such.. there is always cakes and cokesin the house for him and that just makes it to easy to grab one. And we are the worlds worst at eating out alot..

Startiong this week im going walking in the evenings when he gets home and eating better. its not much but when he works 6 days a week from 7 a/m to 6 p.m and im home with the kids by myself i cant do to much more..

My name is Jeanine, I have one 15months old boy whom I LOVE dearly.
I still feel kind of like pregnancy ruined my body but my goal now is to be more fit then I was prior...I was thin(105lbs at 5'1'' and a size 2) but I never exercised or did anything really...I couldn't run to save my life.... where as now, I am striving for a whole new body. Not my old one.
I read an interesting saying about postpartum exercise that completely changes my perspective, it said; "you should look forward, never look back."

I want to show everyone and myself that a woman can look just as good post-pregnancy even if she doesn't look the exact same.
