Which date do you want me to list? The EDD or your C-Section date?

This might be a little TMI but what helps with constipation hubby is at work and I don't have a car is there anything I can do at home

Way tmi but I got really constipated while pregnant with Tyler. I was compacted it got so bad. A nurse recommended that I insert a finger and massage the back wall of my vagina. It helped more than any of the medicines or anything else I tried. I could feel a protrusion and massaging it helped me pass the stool. Sorry I know it's gross but it helped.

I also took miralax and stool softeners. I took stool softeners again during my second pregnancy. Lots of water helps too.

I will add to massage and water, a small cup of coffee and a bit of exercise.

Coffe helps me go every morning, actually hahahaha

IfI skip a day, I get constipated of doom. And running after Ludo is my exercise haha

I'm super annoyed because I'm more constipated since I had AJ than while I was pregnant with him! I'm still taking the stool softeners twice a day but it's not doing much. I feel okay, but I'm not back to my regular self. I am back at work now and I'm hoping that drinking coffee will help!
