Don't let them pressure you. Stand up for yourself. You don't need a c section right now. Ask about induction. I just went through one with my besti even though I think pitocin is of the devil lol they tried cervadil or cytotec first then it didn't work right away so we went home to rest and walk and walk. Try that.

I'm sorry they are making you feel this way. You just straight up tell them we'll talk c section if I go after my due date or if it's medically neccessary for baby. They shouldn't even be pushing you right now. Good luck today and keep us updated.

So I saw my OB today for another cervical check. Still no progress on dilation and she wasn't able to strip my membranes, although she tried very hard. I did lose my plug when she checked me though. I'm frustrated about the lack of progress, but I feel so much better because she was suddenly totally on the same page as me. We are giving it more time and we will induce at 41 weeks if I get that far. I'm still hopeful that things will change and progress quickly and naturally, but I am at peace with this plan and that feels good!

Thank you ladies so much for your support! I don't know whether we just totally misunderstood each other or what, but I'm just so relieved that we understand each other now and she's supporting my plan!

Mel, I am so glad that you are feeling better about the whole situation. I hope that your little man cooperates and decides to come out and meet you sooner than that though!

Hanks jen! I'm okay really. Sleeping is tough and energy is low but not bad all things considered. I'm really glad I'm not working now. That would be so much worse!

Baby gummy bear is waving at everyone!!

My appointment went well. They said the baby looked perfect & it was moving it's head & arms (crazy!). It's measuring two days ahead now (instead of 4) & had a really strong heartbeat.
