It will feel a bit more real as you start feeling the baby ALL of the time...but really, it's hard to "get it" till you are holding that little one in your arms! THEN it seems real!

Yeah, for me this pregnancy feels more "real" every time I feel the baby move (it's not often but baby really must have liked us playing the Wii last night, LOL!) I can't WAIT until next month when I can finally know if everything's going to be pink this time or more blue!

If your registering at Target make sure you get gift reciepts with the gifts or request them in your invites as you can't return more 1 than item for $20 or less once a year without a receipt. My friend is getting married and registered at target she recieved 3 George Foreman grills without receipts and can't return any of them.

Okay so I have been telling everyone that I'm really nervous about my upcoming appointment and I have been letting in a lot of doubt enter my mind about this pregnancy. I have a lot of fears about miscarrying again, but I just got the best gift ever tonight. While I was on the computer I felt the clear strong kick/flutter, but felt more like a kick in my lower abdomen. It has never been more clear then right then and there. That was the best movement I have felt yet and I was starting to doubt that I really felt anything at all. Basically I am feeling so much better about this and I can't wait for my appointment now. Anything can still happen, but I have lots of faith that the Lord just gave me my Mother's day gift a few minutes ago. Yay, Yay, Yay. If you can't tell I'm HAPPY, lol. Best of luck everyone.

Hey Everyone hope everyone's mother's day was great.My mom came down from 2 hours away and we went out to eat and I bought her flowers. I have never had a Mother's Day that felt more special. Now that I'm pregnant it made me appreciate everything my mom did and went through to raise me.
I hadn't told her about the good news of the little baby yet so for her mother's day present I gave her a framed picture of my 3D sonogram with a card saying "Happy Mother's Day from Both of Us" and on the inside I had the other sonogram picture with a little bubble coming from the baby's head saying "Hi Grandma!" She was sooooo happy to hear the news. She said to me "Aww your gonna have a little one around forboth Thanksgiving and Christmas!" Such a relief to see her so thrilled about it.Although, she was a little upset that I hadn't told her earlier but I wanted to wait till the risk of miscarraige was lower. The news is starting to get out! I'm really excited now to start sharing my little secret.

Awww...glad your mamma's day was so special! I couldn't have kept it a secret from my mom, but I am sure it was better to surprise her in person...and on Mother's Day!

Well...I had a wonderful Mother's Day, too, ladies!

When I got out of the shower, there was a homemade card from DH, DSS, and DS. I had mentioned that someone won a spa gift cert at my MOPS meeting on Thursday, and that I had come really close to being the winner and was a bit bummed. DH tried to get me a gift cert, but when he went there on Saturday, they were already closed. So...he put a printed "coupon" from him in there for an hour massage!

Then...we went to church, and on the way home he asked me where I wanted to go out to eat. I have been craving batter fried fish from a super restaurant here called Tim's Tavern (known for their fish) so we went there! I told him every bite was super! You know how sometimes you are craving something, but then when you get it, it's just not what you wanted...or it's not as good as you wanted it to be? This was NOT like that. Every bite was delicious!

It was just a nice day over all...even though it rained here like crazy!

I see that a lot of the early November mammas are feeling the baby...mine should be coming soon! I keep "watching" for it, but I haven't felt anything but gas yet. Darn!

I told DH yesterday that I already feel like I am carrying much higher than I did with DS, so that is giving me hope that this one is a girl!

Same goes for Wal Mart, only they have a limit of 3/ year.

Yay!!!! Congrats!!!!!!! 

A week from tomorrow I have my level 2 ultrasound. I'll be 16 wks, and they'll be checking to make sure the baby is growing/developing properly. I'm so scared, because this is the place I went to when I found out about my daughter. I don't wan to hear any heart breaking news. I just want a healthy baby. If the baby cooperates...we'll hopefully find out the sex. This week better fly by.


anyone else have any ultrasounds coming up?

My only ultra sound is June 16th. I am excited for it. Especially because I will be 19+ weeks along, so if the baby is "spread eagle" for us, we will find out what it is.   I am excited. Sorry I haven't been around and wasn't able to be around to say Happy Mother's Day to everyone. So, Happy Belated Mother's Day!!!   Hope everyone has a wonderful week.

I figure my u/s will be about a month from today. I get to make it at my next dr appt which is on the 6th. Hopefully they won't be too booked for u/s in June...I'll already be 18w3d by then, I don't know if I could stand waiting any longer!!! I've gotta start getting organized for this baby, going thru DS's stuff to see what'll work for this baby and what won't (since DS was a summer baby and this one is a fall baby)

Just wanted to say hello before heading to bed. My next doc appointment is next Monday then they'll scheduled my next ultrasound for sometime in June.
