re: Classic Name Lovers - Take 2.

Both of my kiddos have classic names and are named after family members.

My DS (who is 2) is Ian Forest ( Forest after my DH's late grandfather, and later learned his uncle's middle name is Ian!)

My DD (5 months) is Sophie Brianne ( Brianne after my late father, Brian)
Well, her legal name is Sophia, but we've called her Sophie since I was pregnant.

I <3 classic names. I detest "modern spellings" or "hip names" like "apple, coco, rocker"

If we have another girl in the future, I would love to name her Emily Claire. Our daughter is Paige Madeline

Hubby loves Charlotte, though and I also would love Alice, but I don't know what to pair with it.

My future son WILL be Silas Jude. And if i have another girl she won't be named. I'm so indecisive.

I love Emily but the popularity just kills it for me. But I'm also a sucker for uncommon but pronounceable names

Silas Jude is a great name.

We considered Silas, my husband wasn't sold. lol
