I don't think she was the only celebrity to use it. A couple more have (I forget their names though). I think it is will rise in popularity.

I love Marshall. That was my great-grandfather's name and my mom used it for my brother's middle name. If we were having a boy I would be pushing that one for sure since apparently we are going for "M" themed children.
On a side note-ultrasound tomorrow to determine if baby is small enough to attempt an ECV (she is frank breech most of the time with occasional transverse breech). I am very nervous to have to choose between an ECV at 37 weeks or c-section at 39 weeks. I prefer neither

Love Lincoln & Archer those were on our list, but apparently Lincoln rose drastically this year.
