My nephew was born 9/10/01 and my niece turned 2 on 10/2/01 and they are seriously best friends. Fight like crazy but god forbid anyone else messes with them.

One of my best friends I met on here found out she's pregnant again too. Her son is only 4 1/2 months. They only did the deed twice since he was born lol.

Can anyone answer me why it is only okay for royalty to give their kids four names (three middles)?

I would love to give my next child three middles but I'd be nervous about it, everyone made a HUGE deal about my giving my daughter 2 middles and they are still bugging me about how I have made her life harder because her name is obnoxiously long...

I think because generally they have no last name.

For me, it isn't the number of middle names so much as it is the syllables. Jane Elizabeth Roxanne Winter is shorter than Anastasia Elizabeth Jasmine Seraphina...kwim?

I could care less either way about the syllables ....there's just names I would LOVE to use that I think would flow in some of my name sets. My daughters full name including last has 13 syllables and its only 2 middles... I don't think its that bad.

For me, I want to be able to scream out my kids' full names when they are in trouble without stumbling on the syllables, lol.

I could handle her syllables lol but I am a mom that screams a full name when mad and I absolutely take it into consideration when choosing a name lol There have been name sets DH has picked that I have shot down because I stumble when saying it together.... I know I would just get more mad if I was yelling and then stumbled and stuttered all over their name, my anger would sky rocket lol

on a funny note though when my son was 3 and I used his full name he would turn around and yell " No Sylas Russell me! I no time out!"

Elowen Lilith is great. I also have been loving Solomon lately, although it starts with "S" like Sylas.
