what could it be

i have a almost 10 month old and was due for my period feb 15 and never got it and i have taken numerous pregnacy tests and they all come back negative what do you all think it could be? i called the doctor and they say call back in a week and i dai then they just told me to wait another week take another twest and call back again and they will do bloodwork but i cant afford it!! what do you all think it could be?

OK. hmmm well i have had a regular period all my life then one month it didnt come, i got checked out and nothing was wrong, so just wait it out, and you will know.

Yea more likely stress, if you have been worrying alot or anxiety.
