My Hubby made Yahoo News!!!

My hubby is currently deployed and recently did an interview witha reporter from theAssociated Press. He was wounded his first tour in Iraq 2003...and I guess the article is about the care wounded Veterans are recieving!

The picture that shows up on the left side of the page is my hubby flying and he's mentioned at the end of the article, his name is Fred White! I'm just so proud and had to share!

That's impressive although a sad way to make the news ..was his injury serious?? U must miss him so much, kudos to you and him for being strong - I'd have such a hard time..I hope he comes home safe!!

The article said most of his middle finger...but, he's actually missing most of his index and middle finger on his right hand and then schrapnel broke this left hand...tore through his legs and tooshie (not that he'd want me telling you guys that, LOL) But, ya...we miss him LOTS!!!

Thats cool! I'm glad that he's makinga point about VA benefits. I don't know what else to say other than "Wahoo!" hahaha.
