post baby weight lose

so I know I need to wait until AT LEAST 4 weesks if not 6 until I start my regular exercise routine so I am trying to figure out a way to continue loosing the excess weight that I gained, is there exercise besides walking that I can do that is safe? I am the type that if i work out I gotta feel the sweat so just walking is going to be hard for me...
