I'm so upset :(

I just sat down to watch the video of when my son was in the NICU and it was gone!! My cousin accidently recorded over it. I am soo sad. I know she didn't mean to and she was just trying to help by getting some video of his room and stuff, but I'm still soo mad about it. Why didn't she check the tape before recording?!?! I mean, Come On!!! Now he'll never get to see that. I guess at least I still have pictures. It's just not the same......... 

"Faints" i hope you dont have a gun in the house or.. any sharp objects... Then again i would bludgen her to death with the nearest thing i could grab.. yes.. yes i would. I know the feeling my Mom left my sons ONLY pics outside in her shed when it rained and had a leak. I saved most of them but still it was careless and f*cked up. I was so pissed i didnt talk to her for days! ,my son was born at 6 1/2 months. He was in the hospital for almost 2 months. to lose his VIDEO... omg someone would die.

Aww... I cant say I know excactly how you feel, but i had an ultrasound tape and my brother accidently recorded over the part where you can hear her heart beat... that was my favorite part!! but i do have the rest of the tape.

A similar thing happened to me. My husband taped over my son's ultrasound with some football game BY ACCIDENT. He wasn't even watching the football game, he just sat on the remote and recorded it.

I'm sorry your cousin did that. It's good you have pictures, too. You also have your memories and you can tell your baby all about it. The important thing is that you made it through the experience and your baby is safe and sound. lol. Next time make sure whoever is using the camera isn't taping over everything. Again, I'm sotty you lost your tape.

oh you poor thing you must be soo upset does anyone else in the family have any video of him????? i was devestated when i lost video of my mum when my mobile crashed (she died last year) i havent used the thing since i dont trust them at all now.......i hope that you find someone that has tapes or photos then you can make a video with photos and music my sister did one for me of molly and jett and i cry whenever i watch it and its just photos.

i no just how you feel my son decided he wanted to record sponge bob an recorded over my daughters birth luckly my mom had taken the tape an made a copy for my daughters wedding day. she has this whole thing were she keeps all my kids first an is gunna give it to them as wedding gifts lol she did it for me as well

I'm trying my hardest not to take it out on her, but I want to so bad. She doesn't even know she did it. I sent her a message but she's asleep because it's 1:25am here.

oh that sucks maybe you could try the picture video thing though.....best of luck i would just have a huge glass of wine and drown my sorrows if i were you......hope you come up with something
