I have the ovulite and i love it. you can also see ferning when you get pregnant.

That's full ferning. I have one of those too, but don't use it much anymore. I got one just as a nifty little gadget to play with. I do the full works FAM charting so it wasn't overly important to me to use the scope. I'll use OPKs just because I like to see the happy faces, but don't really need it either. My CM and CP tell me what I need to know about my fertility and then when my temp goes up it confirms.

Hey Rachel, I don't really know much about ferning buy I was wondering what CD you are on? I am on CD 15 using OPK's and temping too. I have a long cycle so I will probably ovulate in a few days. Good luck and baby dust to you!

woohoo for cycle buddies, lol. I'm CD 15 as well. I usually O on CD 18-22, but hopefully with this ferning it means I will O sooner, but either way I'm getting close!

Awesome!! Good luck to you! My OPK was negative today but a lot darker then yesterday so we'll see what happens   and my temp hasn't spiked yet. Is this your first month doing ferning (or whatever it is called lol). Crossing my fingers we both get bfp's!!!!!

I wish I could just go off my CM and CP, my CP is all over the place and I NEVER get EWCM. Well I take that back, when I had Holden and was ovulating on my own I had a bunch, but now when I O on the meds I don't (they really dry me out, TMI sorry lol). I still check both daily, but very rarely get any changes worth noting.

Temp helps me the most, looking back away. Plus I have to start my progesterone in my 2ww but don't want to start it too early. I usually wait until the 3rd confirmed high temp to start it.

same here, a little darker than yesterday but not by much. Yep this is my first month with the scope! I already wake up to temp so I just use this at the same time, so it's not anything huge to add to my plate.

I lick mine, you're supposed to use the spit from under your tongue so I kinda rub it under neath my tongue after building up saliva in my mouth. I don't think you can use too much, you just have to wait for it to dry all the way. I wake up with DH, take my temp, lick the scope, and then put them both aside and go back to sleep, then check it when I fully wake up.

I did not know to use the saliva from under your tongue. I will have to try that. Thanks for the tips

I think I remember mine being more pronounced when I used one, like larger, but it could just be different for each person. I see a fern pattern, so maybe tomorrow it will be stronger?

this is full ferning .i think yours was transitional .mine looked the same as yours after my surge was over
